Chloe will be the first person you meet when you come through Recruitment Works door. Chloe's attention to detail and organizational skills keep our recruitment operations running smoothly. Whether it's managing candidate databases or scheduling interviews, she's the glue that holds everything together. At her young age, Chloe brings a fresh perspective and boundless energy to our recruitment efforts. Chloe has worked within administration for 2 years. Chloe's commitment to personal and professional growth is evident in her pursuit of CIPD Level 3. She's always eager to enhance her skills and knowledge, which directly benefits our team's performance and success. Chloe injects our team with a youthful vigor and a fresh outlook. Despite being our youngest team member, she brings an abundance of enthusiasm and a knack for innovative ideas. When she's not diving deep into recruitment tasks, Chloe is often found planning her next adventure. Rebekah is qualified in both training and human resources with 20 years experience gained from working in the private and public sector.  She has specialised in training and recruitment with a focus on supporting Clients with underperformance and other developmental requirements in the workforce, offering advice and solutions on matters such as performance management and training and development.  Rebekah has a genuine passion for helping Candidates achieve their potential and she puts her background as a Careers Advisor to good use each and every day here at RW.  Rebekah’s strengths lie in supporting Clients and Candidates alike, by offering advice and guidance to bring creative solutions to all their workforce planning needs. Buddy

Buddy has been with Recruitment Works for 7 years, he works 2 days a week

Buddy has been with Recruitment Works for 7 years, he works 2 days a week as our friendly office dog. His focus for the day is snoozing, eating snacks and playing ball with his work colleagues. He likes to spend his lunch hour having his belly tickled and taking a walk around the harbour. Buddy works closely with our candidates making sure they are greeted at the door and welcomes them in with a wagging tail.
