This is a key role within the Systems Support department and covers everything from managing incidents and customer requests from job receipt to resolution and closure. This role will suit anyone with 1st & 2nd line support and seeking the next step in their career.
You must have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. As you will be communicating with all staff members, you will have superior technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills and the ability to deal effectively with people in a wide variety of situations.
Additionally you must possess strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability.
