Being a first point of contact and representative for all clients, brokers and intermediaries you will be responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls and all communications with email.
We would like to invite applications from anyone with experience in at least two of the following to areas:
Good Written and Verbal communication skills (including the ability to draft letters)
Experience within a customer facing role
Can work to a high level of detail and accuracy
At least one years’ experience of working within a Financial Services office
