An exciting opportunity to join an expanding, highly successful, 4 star, full-service hotel as Deputy General Manager. The hotel enjoys a great location a wide variety of conference & events facilities for up to 200 covers and food & beverage outlets.
Reporting to and deputising for the General Manager you will be responsible for the efficient day to day management of all operational departments in the hotel with an emphasis upon achieving consistently high standards of product and service through a motivated and dedicated team.
• To be successful in this role you will have an all-round knowledge of all hotel departments together with senior level experience of food and beverage departments.
• Excellent communication skills & team management ability
• A commitment and passion for training and development to achieve consistently high service standards.
