They are seeking to employ a Customer Service Orientated Senior Administrator to assist in their team and the role will undertake the following:-
• Process and administer change requests
• Update and Maintain client and broker databases
• Liaise and pursue queries with both internal and external departments.
• Complex and detailed Client and IFA Policy Servicing enquiries to full resolution
Your key skills must include; working accurately, able to communicate with internal and external bodies by phone, fax and email and previous experience of working within a finance company.
