A busy customer services investments role where the days pass so fast! You will deliver outstanding customer service and administration to clients and third parties across all mediums, predominantly in German. Primary contact will be through phone both inbound and outbound and you will follow up via emails and letters. Excellent German verbal and written communication skills are required and preferably knowledge of financial administration. This is a fast paced environment where you get a real buzz and a sense of achievement.
