• Three years experience of being the first point of contact for a telecoms company.
• Duties included; Answering inbound phone calls and emails, Logging faults with engineers, configuring routers, clearing call backs when required, ensuring SLA’s are met, email and call quality checking, training of new starters, weekly 1 to 1 meetings with call agents
