Our client is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team on a long-term temporary basis, supporting a busy finance function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing management accounts and financial reports, analysing budgets and variances, providing departmental management information, and assisting with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with FRS 102. The role will also involve supporting VAT returns and compliance, as well as providing guidance and oversight to junior members of the team.
We are looking for someone who is CAT/AAT qualified, ACCA part-qualified or qualified by experience, with a strong background in management accounts and financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills and experience with systems such as Sage are highly desirable.
