THE NEXT BIG THING is seeking Customer Service Officers to join their expending team. Their office is relaxed and friendly with a smart casual dress code and you will join their Customer Services Department on their Asian team. You will take charge of inbound enquiries and outbound correspondence via email, social media and other bespoke inhouse apps.

Multicultural office etiquette, polite and informative character combined with a basic understanding of mandarin are the requirements for all applications.
