Our client is seeking to recruit a high performing Senior Customer services administrator or a Customer service administrator who is ready for their next big step! At least five years’ experience within wealth management/Life assurance is essential. The team is responsible for all new business applications, checking and ensuring they are correct and compliant, contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request any outstanding information required and setting up new clients and updating the database as required. More specifically you will be the point of contact for all queries regarding technical and relationship management from the administration team. You will actively assist the Team Leader and provide support to the sales force on processes and procedures both current and new legislation. The ability to forge long lasting strong relationships, accuracy with a high attention to detail are all a must for this role, together with at least five years working within an investment/ Life Assurance office.
