Our Client is seeking to employ an Administration Assistant with good customer service and strong administrative skills to assist in their team.
Your key skills must include working accurately, able to communicate with internal and external bodies by phone, fax and email. You will be required to design workflows, spreadsheets to keep track of invoicing, client usage of items to ensure they are charged out correctly and streamline where possible.
