An opening has arisen within our client’s service management team. They are seeking Senior Service Manager. The Senior Service Manager will take a lead role in the Enterprise Service Management function, ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach of the function and the service it provides to our customers. They will drive change and continuous improvement to the Enterprise customer experience.
Applicants must have extensive experience in technical service management, the ability to lead and support the team to drive more efficient and effective working practices and be highly organised.
