Our Prestigious Douglas based client is seeking an experienced administrator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and excellent organisational skills and a good working knowledge dealing with yachting and aviation.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Preparing documentation for signature
• Preparing minutes
• Direct correspondence and liaison with clients and intermediaries
• Dealing directly with Directors and Senior Management
• Performing Annual File Reviews
• Discharging ‘Ad hoc’ projects
• Ensuring client Database always remains updated.
• Adhering to Sovereign service standards on turnaround times and accuracy
• Preparing and checking payments
• Assisting with large scale purchase and sale completions
