We have an exciting opportunity for someone to start their career in IT.
The 1st Line Support will be the initial point of call for all IT queries, and you will be tasked with proactively providing the highest standard of technical support to users when resolving any technical issues. You will be working with an experienced and well-established team who will support you in your role.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications.
• Assisting all users with any logged IT related incidents when called upon.
• Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary.
• Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system
• Upgrade different types of software and hardware.
• Resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners.
• Set up of equipment for presentations.
