Finance Administrator – 12 Month Contract - 1305

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a financial services environment who possess an understanding of international payment methods, have Strong organisational skills, Strong Customer Service skills and demonstrate a core knowledge of MS Excel to join our clients Investments & Finance team on a 12-month contract.

Main Duties:
• Ensuring that payments are processed in line with the internal guidelines and procedures
• Application of cash dividends to clients’ portfolios
• Monitoring and management of the Finance Mailbox
• Fee and foreign exchange transaction sweeps
• Supporting the monthly process to pay fees to financial advisers
• Providing administration support with regards to queries and requests from advisers and counterparties
