Our client is seeking a client service Administrator to Deliver exceptional customer service standards that exceed client expectation.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Demonstrated experience within a customer services telephony role.
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Team player with ability to work within a team or on own initiative.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Clear understanding of and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
•Excellent telephone manner with good listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work highly accurately and at pace.
