Client Accounting Assistant
Our client has a new opportunity for a Client Accounting Assistant to join their team!
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately record and process invoices, ensuring timely payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and track transactions across client accounts
- Assist with general accounting duties
- Input financial data into accounting systems and provide administrative assistance as required
- Perform regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal accounting queries
- Work closely with the accounting team to support daily functions
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Accounts Assistant or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
