Client Services Associate
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Associate to join our clients team.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all data and documentation are managed effectively.
- Take full ownership of client and adviser queries, ensuring timely follow-up actions
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date client records
- Identify opportunities for improving client services processes and contribute to the implementation of enhancements.
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years of office experience in a client-facing or administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience within Life Assurance is desirable
