Are you seeking an exciting role as a Client Services Team Leader? Our client has an exciting opportunity for you to join their team!

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of client service professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Oversee day-to-day client administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex client issues
  • Identify training needs within the team and develop training programs
  • Ensure compliance with AML regulations, conduct risk assessments and oversee KYC and due diligence processes
  • Track team performance, address feedback, manage conflicts and uphold high customer service standards

 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in leading a client services or customer service team within a financial institution or regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of AML regulations and prior experience in AML compliance
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
