Client Services Team Leader
Are you seeking an exciting role as a Client Services Team Leader? Our client has an exciting opportunity for you to join their team!
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of client service professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Oversee day-to-day client administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex client issues
- Identify training needs within the team and develop training programs
- Ensure compliance with AML regulations, conduct risk assessments and oversee KYC and due diligence processes
- Track team performance, address feedback, manage conflicts and uphold high customer service standards
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in leading a client services or customer service team within a financial institution or regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations and prior experience in AML compliance
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
