Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing installation, maintenance and repair work across a range of commercial properties throughout the Isle of Man. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid commercial plumbing experience who takes pride in their work, works to a high standard and can confidently work both independently and as part of a wider team.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ commercial plumbing experience who is registered with the local authority as a Commercial Plumber. You should have 5 GCSEs or equivalent, with vocational training or a relevant apprenticeship preferred. An NVQ Level 2 or higher in Commercial Plumbing, or a similar qualification such as a City & Guilds certification in Commercial Plumbing Systems, is required. OFTEC and Gas Safe certification would be desirable, along with awareness of ACoP L8 requirements.
