Technical Manager – Fleet Operations


Are you a highly skilled marine professional with a passion for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient vessel operations?

What you will do:

  • Oversee vessel maintenance, ensuring compliance with Statutory & Class Surveys
  • Plan and execute drydocking events, managing projects from budget to completion
  • Ensure all vessels, linkspans, and port installations meet the highest safety and operational standards
  • Lead and support teams in implementing the Safety & Environmental Policy
  • Investigate major machinery failures and drive continuous improvement
  • Act as Deputy DPA/CSO when required

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency or equivalent
  • Senior seagoing experience with a marine background
  • Experience in RoPax operations, ideally in Northern Europe
  • Exceptional organizational & communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & multitask effectively

 

This is a senior role within Fleet Operations, requiring
flexibility, travel, and on-call availability.
